Conditions of Entry

1.       Information on how to enter and prize details forms part of these conditions of entry.

2.       Entry is open to residents of Australia only. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.  Entry is only valid if all details on the Application Form are completed.  No responsibility is accepted for lost, late or misdirected entries.

3.       The Judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

4.       All entries become the property of the Promoter - McGrath Lures Australia. The Promoter reserves the right to use the content of entries for the purpose of future promotions.

5.       The winner will be notified within 21 days of promotion closing date.  Details of the winner will also be published on the McGrath Lures Australia website (this website) at www.mcgrathlures.com.au

6.       The promoter is McGrath Lures Australia (ABN: 88 018 196 896) of postal address PO Box 1025, Wodonga Vic 3689.

7.       McGrath Lures Australia accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to prizes in transit. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss suffered or sustained, to person or property and including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter, or its agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to the prize winner. This clause does not affect, and is not intended to affect, any rights a consumer might have, which are not able to be excluded under applicable Australian consumer protection laws.

8.       In the event of that any prize item is unavailable; the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize item of equal or greater value. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

9.       The winning entry will be awarded the prize of ten McGrath fishing lures of any size or colour selection at the winners discretion.  Notification of the prize winners lure choice is to be received by the promoter no later than 21 days after the closing date of the competition.  Failure to provide notification of the lure size or colour choice by the winner to the promoter no later than 28 days after the closing date will void the winning entry prize.

10.   The competition commences on the 01 December 2009 and closes at midnight on the 30 April 2010.  All entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.

11.   All photo entries are to be sent to the promoter in jpeg format via the McGrath Lures Australia website (this website) accompanied by the winners name, address, and contact details.

12.   Only 1 entry per person is allowed.

13.   All entries must include and clearly show the McGrath Lure still in the mouth of the fish being caught.  Any photo deemed to be suspect or "doctored" by the entrant will be deemed ineligible by the promoter.
